The SGB series gravimetric blenders can be installed on extrusion lines, injection moulding machines and blow moulding machines for precise mixing of several types of material. The machine is controlled by an advanced microprocessor with a digital display that is simple to calibrate. The self-compensation and calibration function ensure precise weighing of every batch and ensure accuracy to ±0.1%. Model selection should be based upon quantity of material to be processed, with six models ranging from dosing capacity of 80 to 200 kg/hr. |
