The Mastip range of temperature controllers is designed to support our hot runner systems. It consists of a single zone temperature controller and a multiple zone modular based system.

All Mastip temperature controllers use micro processor controllers, which will soft start and maintain plastic temperature with +/- 5 degree Celcius and maintain operations in the event of a thermocouple failure. MMZ temperature controllers are available in either 15 or 30 amp.

State of the art self tuning algorithm for consistent temperature control and accuracy combine with user friendly features such as two separate display panels, security lock, easy to understand diagnostics, etc.

A standard MMZ system includes the following:

• Assembled mainframe cabinet
• Specified number of zone/modules
• 3.3m power cable
• 3.3m thermocouple cable
• Power connectors
• Thermocouple connectors
• Terminal mounting box

• CE approved cabinet and connectors
• Floor stands
• Longer cables

A modular based system allowing any number of zones to be supplied using any combination of 2 zone, 4 zones, 6 zones, 8 zones and 12 zones.
