Mastip provides these CAD files as an aid for tool design. Gate profiles shown are typical only. The final size must be determined by application. CAD files are available for the following nozzle ranges:
The files are compressed for quicker downloading. All X Range CAD files contain expansion of either T of 200C or T of 250C.
Models must be adjusted for thermal expansion. See the Mastip Technical Specifications for more information on thermal expansion and the Expansion Details web pages.
